About USSVI Columbia Base

The USSVI Columbia Base was chartered 04 Feb. 2006 through the efforts of Joe Ryan, its first base Commander and Art Randall. The base is named for the submarine USS COLUMBIA (SSN-771) which is homeported currently in Pearl Harbor, HI.
